My specialties include attitude and behavioral change. I support clients in finding their own strategies and motivation for change, overcoming obstacles, and implementing protocols that have either been prescribed or that they have chosen to implement on their own.

As a Health coach I don’t operate on the “expert model” that’s so common in healthcare. Instead, I co-create with you a self-identified vision that is clear and compelling. You identify your desired outcome based on your values.

There plenty of research now that shows how the mind and the body are connected. This includes the physical body, emotional body, mental body, and spiritual body all connected. Like a spinning top, if these are unbalanced the top cannot spin at it’s optimum. The same is true with not only humans, but also their surroundings. Balancing the body and the mind is the starting place.

High quality longevity is the product of daily habits and lifestyle. It can be overwhelming and it doesn’t need to be. Take it one step at a time to get to the endpoint while enjoying successes along the way. Ancestral health is a holistic approach to health that focuses on living in a way that is more aligned with our ancestral past. This includes eating a diet that is similar to what our ancestors ate, getting regular exercise, and spending time in nature. Ancestral health is based on the idea that our bodies are designed to live in a certain way, and that when we deviate from that way, we can experience health problems.

There is a growing body of evidence to support the benefits of ancestral health. Studies have shown that people who eat a traditional diet, get regular exercise, and spend time in nature have lower rates of chronic diseases such as heart disease, cancer, and diabetes. They also tend to live longer and have more energy.

She guided our group though several transformational exercises and clearly explained foundational principles from this ancient Hawaiian healing modality.
